He started the company with the goal of helping people make more informed, higher quality buying decisions than they could ever have made without him.

Cheryl GoffSelecting a Buyer’s Agent is easier when you feel comfortable with that buyer’s agent’s qualifications, integrity, competence and priorities. With five years experience as an exclusive buyer’s agent, Cheryl understands the importance of providing the highest quality level of service to her clients. It is not only the professional service she provides “during” the transaction but also “after” the transaction that sets her apart from other agents. She remains committed to servicing her clients long after the deal has closed.

A native West Virginian and graduate of Marshall University, Cheryl began her working career as a paralegal specializing in medical malpractice litigation. She later relocated to Richmond, Virginia where she was employed as a deputy Clerk with the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Her legal career engrained in Cheryl the importance of “attention to detail” in her work, which continues to carry through in her real estate career.

Upon relocating to Florida, Cheryl obtained her real estate license. It was her desire to bring that “attention to detail” to her client’s transactions by becoming an exclusive buyer’s agent. As in the legal profession where attorneys specialize in various legal areas, she felt that being a buyer’s agent would set her “apart” from the other traditional real estate agents. Having a specialization enables her to completely focus her attention on her buyers and their real estate needs. She strives to continually keep abreast of the changes in real estate law and in the subtleties of the current real estate market.

Cheryl and Marc have two sons. With the family’s relocation to Vero Beach, Connor and Dylan were uprooted from their friends and school. With that experience, Cheryl recognizes the challenges her clients and their families face when relocating. With her sons attending the local public schools and participating in the area’s recreational programs, she is well aware of the many and diverse educational and recreational opportunities that exist for the area’s children.

Cheryl continually strives to provide that extra “attention to detail” and “exceptional personal service”. No matter what area of the county you are interested in and no matter what your price range, Cheryl has the knowledge and expertise you deserve.

Cheryl’s company, Buyer’s Agents of Vero Beach DiMarzo Realty, Inc. has received numerous national awards both for the quality of their service and for the dollar volume saved for their buyers. Jim DiMarzo, Cheryl’s broker, was inducted into The Buyer’s Agent Hall of Fame in 2001.
